55 x 55″s Working closely with each sponsor bay we provided 55 LED displays to each sponsor bay all including power and connectivity, We also supplier site WiFi for all participants aross the whole venue.
A difficult venue to master. The client had selected a departure lounge for a conference location. We overcame several issues with glass walls, difficult access and lot and lots of seating rows.
We produced a 200 seat presentation space, with 6x2m stage, drape rear, lighting, cam ops, audio and video relay monitors. all mixed from back of the venue.
