Audio Visual Equipment Rental Agreement
This Audio Visual Equipment Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into between the Rental Company and the Renter (collectively referred to as the “Parties”)

Rental Period:
The equipment shall be rented for the duration specified in the Estimate, starting on the Rental Date and ending on the Return Date. The Renter agrees to return the equipment by the specified Return Date in the same condition as received.
Rental Fee:
a. Rental Rate:
The Renter shall pay the Rental Company a fee of Agreed amount stated on Estimate for the use of the equipment, payable in advance.
b. Security Deposit:
The Renter shall provide a security deposit of 30% to the Rental Company upon signing this Agreement. The security deposit will be returned to the Renter within 48 Hours after the return of the equipment, provided that the equipment is in the same condition as when rented.
c. Late Fees:
If the Renter fails to return the equipment by the agreed Return Date, a late fee of 50% per 24 Hour Period will be charged until the equipment is returned.
Responsibilities of the Renter:
a. Care and Use:
The Renter shall exercise reasonable care in the use and operation of the rented equipment and shall comply with all operating instructions provided by the Rental Company.
b. Inspection:
The Renter agrees to inspect all rented equipment within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Any missing or damaged equipment must be reported to the Rental Company within this timeframe. Failure to report missing or damaged equipment within 24 hours will result in the Renter being held responsible for the replacement or repair costs.
c. Damage or Loss:
The Renter shall be responsible for any damage to or loss of the rented equipment during the rental period. In case of damage or loss, the Renter shall notify the Rental Company immediately and shall be liable for the repair or replacement costs of the equipment.
d. Prohibited Use:
The Renter shall not use the rented equipment for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
e. Location of Use:
The Renter agrees that the rented equipment shall not be removed from the designated location agreed upon by both Parties. Any relocation or removal of the equipment requires prior written consent from the Rental Company.
f. Cancellation:
The Renter may cancel this rental agreement by providing written notice to the Rental Company within 48 hours prior to the Rental Date. If the Renter fails to provide timely cancellation notice, they shall be responsible for the full rental fee.
Insurance:
The Renter shall provide proof of insurance coverage for the rented equipment, including liability coverage, before taking possession of the equipment. The Rental Company shall be named as an additional insured on the Renter’s insurance policy.
Indemnification:
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Rental Company from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising.damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of the Renter’s use or possession of the rented equipment.
Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party if there is a material breach of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the rental of the equipment.

By signing below, the Parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agree to be bound by them.
